• Got the license in 2012 from the Ministry of Business and Industry-Kurdistan region, General Directorate of Registration of Companies.

• It was first established on 30/6/2012 in Slemani.

• In the years 2012-2013 produced a drama (Saya) that contained 28 episodes

In (Kurdsat channel).

• In the years 2013-2014     producing a drama (Satakany Zhyan) that contained 30 episodes on (the Kurdsat channel).

• In the years 2014-2015 produced a drama (Soma) that contained 28 episodes

In both (NRT2 and Zagros channels).

• Produced several songs, hymns, and clips.

• With help produced several short films and feature films.

• Produced several Arabic dramas with help for (al Iraqiya and Sumeria TV)

• Owner of the carnival of the film (Kobani), the income of the film was sent to Kobani.

• Annually at the Slemani International Film Festival, several artists will be honored all around Kurdistan.

• Owner of the competition of scenario that in the past three years in the Slemani International Film Festival there is a competition on a short story and the prize of the winner is made by the company that produced the film.

• We are helping the actors, musicians, painters, and filmmakers all the time freely.

• Several works of subtitles for film and drama.

 

• Making newspaper annually for the Slemani International Film Festival under the name of (Shar cinema) (18) NO. (2000) copies.

• with co-operation with the cinema department in the administration of culture and art and youth translated a book into Kurdish language (Guiding Actors in Cinema and TV) (500) copies, by (Jodes Weston) translated from English to Arabic by (Ahmed Alhazary) and from Arabic to Kurdish by miss (Gaziza Omer) in 2017.

• printing a poem leaflet (My Soul is Extraneous to War) by Baxtyar Muhammed (500) copies at 2018.

• Publishing two children's books in 2018 under the titles:

1. (a Smart Rooster) written by Tahir Salih Saeed in (500) copies.

2. (the tales of a wolf) written by Yaseen Qadir Barzinji in (500) copies.

• Publishing the book (Way - The Road to Exile) written by Edi Hubschmid, and translation from Turkish by Hezha Dilshad in (500) copies in 2018.

• Owner of the four Slemani International Film Festivals.

•   Screening the films of the filmmaker Dana Karim on World Cinema Day on 28/12/2017 and granting him (Yilmaz Gooney) award.

• Publication of the book "Hector’s generations: Cinema and Exhibition of the History of Europe for Youth" written by (Mohamed Masoud Mohammed) in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Youth - Kurdistan Regional Government in (500) version in 2019

• Participated in the co-production of the long film (another day in Baghdad) directed by Dr. Maysoon Adnan Pachachi with Oxymoron Film Company in 2019.

• Presentation of the documentary film Soufra with Five One Labs organization on World Refugee Day, the projected income entered the refugee community through the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in 2019.

• Screening Iranian movie (Just 6.5) directed by  Saeed Roustayi
